How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, Click & Collect is available for free at over 50 Intersport Elverys stores across Ireland. Simply select your preferred store during the checkout process.
