Whether you shopped online or in-store, we provide a hassle-free process to ensure you get the right gear for your performance.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Print your prepaid return label to drop the package at a local post office, or simply bring the items to any Intersport Elverys store for a free in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
